Role Overview

As Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our clinics. You will

resolve infrastructure issues, manage vendors and partners, oversee support staff, and

coordinate operational activities that enable clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Infrastructure & Vendors - Resolve clinic infrastructure issues by aligning external

vendors; manage contracts, SLAs, and performance.

? Clinic Growth Support - Coordinate operational readiness for new services,

campaigns, and clinic capacity expansion.

? Ad-hoc Operations - Handle urgent operational issues, audits, or special projects

across clinics.

? Team Management - Supervise and schedule the office boys/support staff team; ensure

adherence to hygiene and service protocols.

? Partner Management - Maintain strong relationships with service partners and vendors;

onboard and evaluate new partners as needed.

Qualifications

? Graduate degree in Operations, Business, Engineering or related field

? 2+ years' experience in operations/facilities, preferably multi-site (clinics, retail,

hospitality)

? Strong vendor and team management skills

? Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities

? Hands-on, proactive approach with high attention to detail

? Timely resolution of infrastructure issues

? Vendor SLA adherence and cost efficiency

? Operational readiness enabling clinic growth

? Staff productivity and compliance with standards
