Lead and manage a team of 10 front-line sales staff across designated districts.
Drive the implementation and achievement of climate insurance sales targets.
Train and support field teams to ensure effective communication of insurance products to rural farmers.
Build partnerships with local institutions (e.g., cooperatives, panchayats, agri-entrepreneurs) to promote insurance awareness.
Monitor sales performance, collect field data, and report progress regularly to regional leadership.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory norms and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Preferred: Strong background in rural or agricultural insurance.
Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering on targets.
Excellent understanding of rural markets, especially in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.
