Skills & Tools Required

Advanced Excel expertise: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, dashboards, basic macros.

Google Workspace: Sheets, Drive, and shared trackers for team collaboration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Book publishing / content management familiarity (basic understanding of proofing, formatting, metadata tracking).

Inter Department coordination

Excellent communication skills -- verbal, written, and reporting clarity.

People management & leadership skills.

Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying gaps and implementing solutions.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred: Mass Communication, or English).

6 years of experience in operations, publishing, or project management roles.

Experience in media, content, or publishing organizations preferred.

Salary : 40-50k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
