What We're Looking For o 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or vendor management o Experience with Indian suppliers, packaging, and courier coordination o Familiarity with international shipping (DHL, FedEx, customs etc.) o Strong communication skills - fluent in English (spoken + written) and Hindi (spoken) o High reliability, follow-through, and strong organizational skills o Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office etco
Gurgaon-based and available for in-person work in a hybrid setup o Experience in a startup, D2C, or small business environment is a plus o Postgraduate degree preferred but not essential if experience is strong
