Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Own and manage

end-to-end plant operations

, ensuring production efficiency, accurate reporting, and on-time delivery. Lead

ERP / manufacturing system ownership

, including implementation, upgrades, and data integrity across production, inventory, and costing. Ensure

accurate daily ERP entries

for production, material movement, inventory, WIP, and cost accounting. Validate

production costing, material consumption, yield, COGS, and profitability data

before finance submission. Supervise and lead

data entry, stores, and back-office teams

, ensuring discipline and accountability. Monitor

shopfloor operations

, adherence to production plans, and resolution of operational bottlenecks. Drive

process optimization and continuous improvement

using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Implement and maintain

Quality Control systems, SOPs, audits, and compliance standards

. Manage

inventory and warehouse operations

, including RM, WIP, FG, cycle counting, and stock validation. Coordinate with

Procurement, Logistics, QA, Maintenance, and Finance

for seamless operations. Monitor

operational KPIs

, generate MIS dashboards, and present performance reviews to management. Control

costs, wastage, labor utilization, and overheads

, recommending efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Build, train, and develop a

high-performing operations support team

.

Requirements / Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Engineering / Operations / Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain

or related discipline.

5-10+ years of experience

in manufacturing operations (preferably discrete manufacturing or assembly). Strong hands-on experience with

ERP / Manufacturing Systems

and operational data management. Solid understanding of

production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes

. Knowledge of

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement tools

. Strong analytical capability for

costing, data validation, and performance analysis

. Proven

leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving

skills. Ability to work under

tight timelines and cross-functional dependencies

. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
