Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise overall office operations
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and reporting
Prepare, review, and analyze MIS and management reports
Handle contractual documents, agreements, renewals, and compliance
Coordinate with vendors, clients, legal advisors, and internal teams
Ensure adherence to contract terms, timelines, and company policies
Support senior management in strategic and operational decisions
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA in Operations Management & Finance
7 to 15 years of relevant experience
in operations, finance, and contracts
Strong knowledge of
contractual terms, agreements, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and office management systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
