Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department on a PAN INDIA basis.
Managing operational and administrative function for overall contract sites and periodical visiting for various working locations including surprise / late evening.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols by the process of innovation/discoveries
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
Monitor employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.
Strictly Follow the Operational Policy of the company & its updating.
MIS to be submit on monthly basis.
Required skills and qualifications
Candidate should be 35-40 years of age with BHM(3-4 years)/ or MBA (or equivalent) in operations management.
Candidate should have minimum 10 or more years of post-qualification experience in field of operations management role in managing multi locations/industries like Hotels, Hospitals, corporates & various companies.
Carry the team to deliver the best service to clients
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
Candidate should have excellent Communication Skills with Strong Computer Skills
Liaison with the client team
Candidate should be open to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
