We are seeking a

female Operations Manager

with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing teams and business operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and

Shopify

, capable of handling day-to-day operations efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and operational targets. Maintain and analyze data using Excel for reporting, inventory tracking, and performance monitoring. Manage and update the Shopify store, including product uploads, order management, and customer service coordination. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to support seamless operations. Develop and implement operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to management.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in operations or team management roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting). Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively.

To maintain an efficient, accurate, and organized warehouse operation that supports the company's goals of timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
