Your Role


As a

Manager

, you will be responsible for leading the Stay Experience team in your region. Your role involves ensuring every guest interaction is handled professionally and efficiently, from start to finish. You will oversee daily operations, support your team in addressing any challenges, and ensure that all guest interactions meet our high standards of service. By regularly monitoring performance and providing clear feedback, you will guide your team to achieve key guest satisfaction targets. Your leadership will be vital in creating a positive work environment, driving continuous improvements, and ultimately ensuring that every guest has a memorable and seamless experience.

About You

Possess a Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration. Bring over 5 years of experience in a similar industry Manage regional Stay Experience operations and lead the team. Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure exceptional guest experiences across the region. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively track guest satisfaction. Address complex guest issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency. Set clear goals and objectives for the team that align with the organizational vision. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Implement corrective measures to prevent future issues and enhance service quality.
