Job Profile: Manager Operations

Objective

The Management Development Program is designed to groom candidates into versatile managers by providing comprehensive exposure to both

office functions

and

plant operations

. Participants will gain hands-on experience in administration, customer service, logistics, and factory floor management, while also contributing to software and system development that supports business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Tasks

Billing & Documentation

: Prepare invoices, supplier bills, receipts, and maintain proper records.

Order Handling

: Process customer orders from initiation to dispatch, ensuring smooth coordination.

Customer Service

: Handle customer queries, complaints, and relationship management.

Vehicle Management

: Coordinate and monitor company vehicles for logistics, delivery, and service.

Stock Management

: Track inventory levels, assist in procurement, and ensure stock accuracy through audits.

Plant & Operations Tasks(training will be provided)

Machine Operation

: Operate and oversee factory machinery as per production requirements.

EOT Crane Operations

: Manage crane operation for material movement.

Vehicle Loading & Dispatch

: Supervise loading of finished goods and raw materials, ensuring safety and accuracy.

Supervision of Works

: Coordinate with factory workers, monitor workflow, ensure safety compliance, and support daily production activities.

Technology & Systems

Software Development & Maintenance

: Maintain and enhance internal applications for operations and reporting. Use

MySQL

for database design, queries, and data management. Develop automation and support tools in

Python

. Create and maintain web-based tools using

JavaScript, React, and Node.js

.

Skills & Competencies(Ready to learn)

Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage both technical and operational tasks. Good communication and team management skills. Familiarity with factory safety practices and operational discipline. Technical skills in
