Manager- Operations cost and vendor relations - (5-7 years) - Gurgaon/Hybrid
We are seeking a results-driven operations manager with expertise in cost control and vendor relations. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead our Operations Cost and Vendor Relations department in the dynamic insurance industry.
Location: Gurgaon/Hybrid

Responsibility: * Developing and implementing cost reduction strategies while maintaining service quality.
- Preparing and publishing Cost MIS every month.
- Analyzing burn rate vs allocated budgets.
- To Ensure that the department adheres to the budget
- Assisting senior management with budget approvals.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Building and nurturing relationships with vendors, ensuring optimal vendor performance and compliance.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct performance reviews to drive improvement.
- A strong understanding of cost management principles and techniques.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Experience in Insurance Industry would be an add-on.
