Roles and Responsibilities



Primary responsibilities:



1. Sales & Revenue:

Drive consultation and therapy bookings, achieve monthly sales

targets, and support in developing local offers and wellness packages.

2. Marketing & PR:

Plan and execute wellness camps, society awareness drives, local

tie-ups, and referral programs. Identify branding opportunities and oversee social

media (managed by reception). Engage with local influencers to increase visibility.

3. Inventory & Procurement:

Ensure accurate stock maintenance of medicines,

consumables, and retail products. Monitor restocking timelines and track expiry

dates to prevent wastage.

Secondary responsibilities: -



1. Finance & Reporting:

Supervise daily cash handling and deposits. Submit timely and

accurate sales, footfall, and performance reports.

2. Operations & Guest Experience:

Oversee the overall day-to-day centre operations,

including hygiene, maintenance, service quality, and guest satisfaction. Encourage

client testimonials and feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Front Desk & Team Coordination:

Supervise appointments, walk-ins, and guest

record management. Support staff coordination, grooming standards, and SOP

compliance. Also provide front desk backup in case of reception not available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
