Conduct Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt training, providing mentorship for improvement projects.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and conduct reviews to track progress at different levels of the organization.
Facilitate effective group meetings and discussions, understanding group dynamics and driving results-oriented conversations.
Demonstrate high self-motivation, instill motivation in teams, and take ownership of learning new concepts, promoting adoption across the organization.
