Job Description

Act as the Site Lead for Operational Excellence, driving continuous improvement and adding measurable value to site performance. Facilitate manufacturing excellence initiatives across all departments to enhance Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (PQCDS). Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Lead Focused Improvement Teams and Daily Management Teams, demonstrating tangible improvements in selected KPIs. Train and mentor teams in structured problem-solving techniques. Implement daily management tools such as Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, Why-Why Analysis, FMEA, etc., fostering a culture of audit readiness across the plant. Organize Kaizen events and KPI competitions; share best practices across plants within the organization. Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for critical products to optimize lead times, reduce WIP, and improve value-adding time. Drive cost and productivity optimization initiatives annually across all departments. Conduct Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt training, providing mentorship for improvement projects. Prepare monthly MIS reports and conduct reviews to track progress at different levels of the organization. Facilitate effective group meetings and discussions, understanding group dynamics and driving results-oriented conversations. Demonstrate high self-motivation, instill motivation in teams, and take ownership of learning new concepts, promoting adoption across the organization.
