We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Manager- Online Sales
to manage the day-to-day operations of our online stores across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, TATA1MG, and our own website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, optimizing ad campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and execute opportunities for
upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling
to increase average order value (AOV).
Manage the
daily operations
of e-commerce platforms, ensuring
smooth website functionality
and a positive user experience.
Maintain and regularly update
product listings
, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability across all online platforms.
Collaborate with the
Digital Media Team
to implement design and feature enhancements.
Monitor and analyze
key performance indicators (KPIs)
including traffic, conversion rates, customer retention, and AOV.
Utilize
customer data and sales reports
to identify trends and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
Ensure that the online stores are fully
optimized for conversion, navigation, and user experience
.
Plan and execute
sales promotions and deal campaigns
across all platforms.
Manage
online order processing
, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy across all branches.
Coordinate with
shipping and logistics
teams to ensure timely delivery and manage any fulfillment issues.
Monitor and optimize
advertising campaigns
on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and TATA1MG.
Analyze
daily sales reports
and
cross-check daily order reports
across all branches to ensure accuracy and performance tracking.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
