Key Responsibilities
Manage Day-to-Day Operations
of the online music school (classes, schedules, teacher coordination).
Handle Student Inquiries & Sales Calls
to convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and teachers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Prepare & Present Reports
(sales, attendance, feedback, performance metrics).
Maintain and update
CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools
efficiently.
Assist in planning & executing online events, promotions, and campaigns.
Keep records, data, and schedules organized with zero errors.
Requirements
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
(spoken & written).
Strong
sales & persuasion abilities
to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Good knowledge of
computers, MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
.
Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
with a clear and logical mind.
Ability to
multi-task
and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in
education management, operations, or sales
is a plus.
