Role Overview

Manager - Online Courses
will be responsible for end-to-end management of Transorze's online training programs. The ideal candidate must possess a blend of

This role involves strategizing, building, improving, and delivering high-quality online learning experiences to students across various domains.
Key ResponsibilitiesCourse Management & Development
Plan, design, and manage online courses across multiple domains.
Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and content teams to create engaging learning material.
Ensure curriculum quality, consistency, and relevance to industry requirements.
Oversee updates, revisions, and continuous improvement of course content.
Technical Capability & LMS Management
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including course uploads, user management, dashboards, and reporting.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to course access, video content, assessments, etc.
Optimize platforms (LMS/website) for usability and smooth learner experience.
Support the integration of new tools such as AI-driven learning, quizzes, automation tools, etc.
Training & Delivery
Coordinate trainer schedules and virtual classroom sessions.
Monitor quality of teaching delivery and student engagement.
Provide academic guidance, orientation, and learning support to students.
Digital Marketing & Growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns for online courses.
Assist with SEO content, social media promotions, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Analyse online student acquisition metrics and suggest improvements.
Participate in webinars, demos, and online promotional events.
Operations & Reporting
Track student progress, feedback, completion rates, and overall performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports related to course performance and student engagement.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and training quality.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and data management practices.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Technology, Management, or related field.
Strong academic capability with ability to review and enhance course material.
Technical expertise in LMS tools, video tools, digital content creation, MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
Digital & Functional Skills
Good understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, SEM, content strategy).
Familiarity with online course creation tools like Canva, Articulate, Captivate, or similar (preferred).
Basic knowledge of website management or analytics tools is an added advantage.
Behavioural & Management Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
