Role Summary:

The Night Manager is responsible for supervising all hospital operations during night hours, ensuring safety, discipline, smooth workflow, staff availability, and timely handling of patient- and department-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all hospital operations during night duty. Ensure all departments (Nursing, Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, Maintenance, etc.) are functioning smoothly. Conduct regular rounds in wards, ICU, OPD, Emergency and support service areas. Check staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and duty allocation. Address any patient complaints immediately and coordinate with concerned departments. Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness are maintained. Handle emergency situations and escalate critical cases to higher management. Maintain proper communication with day-shift managers for handover/takeover. Prepare and submit Night Duty Report to Administration/Management. Ensure all policies, SOPs, and protocols are followed strictly. Monitor breakdown complaints and coordinate with biomedical/maintenance staff. Supervise ambulance movement, admission/discharge process during night shift. Support nursing supervisors and team during peak workload or emergencies. Maintain discipline among staff and take corrective action when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Hospital Administration / Any relevant field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospital operations or supervisory role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle pressure, emergencies, and multitasking. Good knowledge of hospital processes and patient care workflow. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Reporting).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
