Key Responsibilities:



Operational Management:



Oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts to ensure seamless functioning across all departments. Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards. Conduct regular rounds to inspect facilities, patient areas, and staff stations. Address operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.

Patient Experience and Satisfaction:



Act as the primary contact for patient concerns, grievances, or escalations. Ensure a patient-centered approach in all interactions and facilitate solutions promptly. Collaborate with front desk, nursing, and clinical teams to address service gaps.

Staff Supervision and Coordination:



Manage and support staff on duty, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for optimal care delivery. Provide guidance and support to clinical and non-clinical staff during emergencies or high-demand situations. Resolve any interpersonal or disciplinary issues among staff in alignment with hospital policies.

Emergency Management:



Lead and coordinate responses to medical or operational emergencies. Act as the point of contact for crisis management, including fire, security breaches, or facility failures. Communicate with emergency services, regulatory authorities, and senior management as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:



Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies. Document incidents, complaints, and actions taken during the shift in detailed reports. Conduct handovers to the incoming MOD or administrative staff to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications:Education:



Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management. Proven leadership experience in a clinical or non-clinical setting.

Skills:



Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively. Proficiency in hospital management systems and basic IT tools.
