Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) function for our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets deployed across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in electrical engineering and battery technologies, as well as a strategic approach to managing long-duration energy storage assets.


This position is responsible for ensuring the long-term reliability, performance, and safety of our BESS EPC installations with long-term Operations & Maintenance contracts (Min 10 years) by overseeing all aspects of maintenance planning and execution, managing vendor relationships, optimizing spare parts inventory, and coordinating multi-site operations from the headquarters.
