The role is responsible for driving lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign success through integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms, real estate portals, outdoor media, and on-ground marketing activities in Mumbai.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and real estate portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, NoBroker, etc.).- Develop landing pages, emailers, automation workflows, and retargeting campaigns for lead nurturing.- Manage digital budgets, CPL, CPV, and ROI targets across all platforms.- Coordinate with CRM/Sales teams to track conversions and improve lead quality.Offline Marketing & Campaign Execution- Plan and execute offline marketing activities like hoardings, print ads, kiosks, newspaper inserts, radio, tele-calling campaigns, and society activations.- Coordinate with vendors, event agencies, printers, and media houses for campaign setup and delivery.- Track and optimize offline campaign performance, cost, and impact.Branding & Creative Management- Create and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, videos, site branding material, and project branding.- Ensure consistent brand messaging in all digital and offline campaigns.- Work with creative agencies, photographers, designers, and production teams.Project Launch & Site Activities- Support marketing plans for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.- Manage on-site branding, promotional events, and site-visit campaigns.- Coordinate with sales teams to increase walk-ins and conversions.Website, SEO & ORM- Manage and update project/company websites for performance and lead flow.- Improve organic rankings and traffic through SEO strategies.- Monitor and respond to online reviews, queries, and comments.Reporting & Analytics- Monitor performance of digital and offline campaigns using analytics tools.- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on leads, traffic, CPL, conversions, and ROI.- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing with exposure to both digital and offline channels.- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, CRM tools.- Experience handling offline media vendors, activations, and event management.- Strong project management, communication, and creative thinking skills.- Understanding of Mumbai real estate market and buyer behavior.Preferred Tools Knowledge:- Google Ads, Meta Business Manager- Google Analytics, Search Console- HubSpot/Salesforce/Real estate CRM- Canva/Adobe tools (preferred)Compensation:- Competitive, based on experience and skillset.Key Attributes:- Result-driven, proactive, and organized- Strong stakeholder management- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment (ref:updazz.com)
