- Advise and act on commercial real estate office leasing - Find new tenants and corporate customers - Perform due diligence, prepare proposals, lease contracts - Support Office Services team leader to grow, manage and lead the team - Support to provide strategic leasing and marketing to the office property portfolio - Liaise with tenants, property agencies and related parties - Assist in handling negotiations of leasing transactions - Maintain existing relationships with business partners and develop new business with potential tenants - Support initiating business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing, etc. - Respond quickly to business referrals generated by the Colliers Global Network Qualifications - Bachelor\'s degree in business, law, real estate, urban engineering preferred - Deal sourcing and corporate marketing experience preferred - Marketing or Planning experience with real estate company preferred - Real estate related certificate holders preferred - Must be fluent in both verbal and written in English and Korean - Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization - A self-disciplined and accountable character - A broad understanding of the commercial market - Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - A strong team player with a proven track record in developing talents
