Role Purpose
To lead our
B2B Commercial vertical
. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, managing end-to-end sales operations, and ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients. The position requires a strong mix of
strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people leadership
to establish Lands & Lands as a trusted partner in the commercial real estate ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Business Development
Define and execute the
sales strategy
for the B2B commercial vertical to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with key corporate clients, institutional investors, and business partners.
Drive
enterprise-level deals
in commercial real estate (leasing, acquisitions, partnerships).
Create and implement
account management strategies
to ensure client retention and long-term partnerships.
2. Operations & Delivery Excellence
Oversee the
day-to-day operations
of the B2B vertical, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
Establish
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
for client onboarding, transaction execution, and service delivery.
Monitor and optimize resource allocation, project timelines, and operational KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, sourcing, finance, CRM) to ensure smooth deal closures and post-sales service.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead, and mentor a
high-performing sales and operations team
.
Set clear targets, provide coaching, and track team performance.
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct
market analysis
to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Develop new product/service offerings aligned to client needs in the B2B commercial segment.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
5. Financial & Compliance Oversight
Drive
P&L ownership
for the B2B vertical.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Monitor receivables, margins, and financial performance indicators.
Qualifications Required
MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
12-15+ years of proven experience in
B2B sales, corporate leasing, or commercial real estate
, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading large teams.
Deep knowledge of
commercial property markets, leasing trends, and corporate client needs
.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong operational mindset with ability to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
High level of integrity, business acumen, and strategic orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
