We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager who will take full ownership of daily business operations, effectively acting as the second-in-command to the founder. This role requires someone with deep, practical understanding across all MBA disciplines and the ability to confidently manage U.S. clients, teams, and vendors with minimal supervision.
This is not a middle-management role. You will be responsible for decision-making, execution, accountability, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of
day-to-day operations

Act as the
primary operational decision-maker
, reducing founder involvement in routine matters
Manage and optimize workflows across:

Sales & Client Management
Marketing & Growth
Human Resources
Strategy & Process Design
Serve as the
main point of contact for American clients
, handling:
Calls and meetings
Reporting and performance reviews
Issue resolution and escalations
Translate high-level strategy into
clear SOPs, KPIs, and execution plans
Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and operational costs
Hire, manage, and hold teams accountable across multiple functions
Improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and continuously optimize systems
Ensure compliance, documentation, and operational discipline
Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and vendors
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience
, with significant exposure to senior operational or general management roles
Strong working knowledge across
all core MBA streams
, including:
Operations Management
Finance & Accounting
Marketing & Sales
Human Resources
Strategy & Organizational Behavior
Proven experience working
directly with American clients
Excellent
spoken and written English
(near-native level preferred)
Strong business judgment and decision-making ability
Experience managing cross-functional teams
High level of ownership, accountability, and reliability
Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding

MBA or equivalent business education
Experience in service-based or fast-growing companies
Experience working in U.S. time zones
