Manage daily guesthouse and office operations
Supervise on- office employees, and vendors
Handle staff scheduling, coordination, and performance monitoring
Resolve guest and operational issues professionally
Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
Travel to properties for inspections and operational support
Manage basic website, app, and booking platform tasks
Capture property photos when required
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (Hindi preferred)
Strong leadership and people management abilities
Knowledge of the hospitality/tourism industry
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel when needed
