Manager – Oem Business Development

Job Description

Develop and expand business opportunities with Automotive OEM customers. Act as the primary point of contact for OEM accounts and ensure long-term relationship building. Support RFQs, technical discussions, and commercial evaluations with OEM teams. Coordinate product trials, validations, and approvals as per OEM requirements. Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet customer specifications. Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and OEM program timelines. Support contract finalization, pricing discussions, and volume commitments.

Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical or related). Proven experience working directly with Automotive OEMs (mandatory). Experience in business development, key account management, or OEM sales. Strong understanding of OEM processes, quality systems, and vendor approvals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
