Job Summary
As the Manager, New Product Development, you will convert concepts into real-life products, directing every phase of the launch cycle for evidence based supplements and beauty products in the U.S. market. You will:Identify high potential opportunities through rigorous market analysis and competitive benchmarking, taking full ownership of each product's strategic rationale.
Secure best in class suppliers and contract manufacturers, negotiating pricing, minimum order quantities, and lead times to safeguard margins and schedules.
Design and oversee an international supply chain that delivers on time, on budget, and at scale.
Your successful launches will open new revenue streams and strengthen Mosaic's footprint in the US market.
What You'll Do
Analyse market data, to quantify total addressable market, price corridors, and whitespaces in the market.
Prepare P&L projections and scenario models that support go / no go decisions.
Identify and qualify certified partners in the United States, India, and Asian markets.
Negotiate cost breaks, payment terms, and exclusivity agreements that help the business scale sustainably.
Work with legal teams to confirm formula, label, and claim compliance under FDA, FTC, Prop 65, and OTC Monograph rules.
Establish QC protocols - including COAs, stability, micro, and heavy metal testing - and monitor first pass yield.
Design freight and warehousing flows from factory gate to 3PL, balancing cost with service level.
Build live dashboards for OTIF, landed cost, and inventory cover; intervene proactively to keep targets on track.
Coordinate cross functionally with Marketing, Growth, and Creator teams on timelines, claims, and inventory drops.
Lead post launch reviews covering unit economics, supplier scorecards, and next batch improvements
What We're Looking For:
2-5 years
' experience delivering end to end launches of supplements or beauty products at a consumer/D2C startup; export experience is advantageous.
Demonstrated success negotiating with raw material vendors or CMOs, consistently reducing COGS while maintaining relationships.
Supply chain fluency across Incoterms, freight forwarding, duty optimisation, and 3PL integration.
Advanced analytical skills; able to build dynamic cost models and demand plans in Excel or Google Sheets.
Clear, concise communicator capable of aligning cross functional teams.
