? ? ?Selling online recruitment solutions to corporate/consultant clients by assessing their business requirements.
? ? ?Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from upsell and cross sell.?
? ? ?Developing a database of qualified leads through Field visits, cold calling, referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels.
? ? ?Area Mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials, and closing deals with the necessary documentation.
? ? ?Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospect
? ? ?Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
? ? ?Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
? ? ?Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management
