Key Responsibilities

Supervise overall hospital operations during night duty. Coordinate with nursing, DMO, ER, ICU, diagnostics, housekeeping, and security teams. Handle patient and attendant queries, complaints & escalations. Respond to emergencies (Code Blue/critical cases) and ensure timely resources. Conduct rounds across wards, ICU, and emergency areas. Monitor staff attendance, behavior, and manpower allocation. Ensure documentation, safety, and compliance with hospital protocols/NABH. Prepare and submit detailed night shift reports and proper morning handover.

Eligibility

Graduate (Preferred: Hospital / Healthcare Management) 3-7 years of hospital operations experience Ability to manage emergencies & coordinate teams independently Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Good understanding of hospital workflows and patient care processes

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
