Ace Blend is growing its science-backed nutrition portfolio, and we're looking for a skilled NPD Manager to lead product innovation, scientific validation, and regulatory compliance

for our next-generation plant-based supplements and wellness formulations.

What You'll Lead:

End-to-end innovation for plant-based proteins, blends, functional supplements, and upcoming health categories Develop strong, science-backed product narratives aligned with Ace Blend's values: purity, innovation & performance Ensure regulatory compliance across FSSAI and global standards Collaborate with marketing to craft credible scientific communication and product claims Support clinical studies, ingredient science reviews & claim substantiation Represent Ace Blend in scientific discussions, panels, and external partnerships Work closely with founders to build a future-ready innovation and product pipeline roadmap

Ideal Profile:

6-8 years

of experience in Nutrition, NPD, Scientific Affairs, or Regulatory Strong expertise in nutraceuticals, ingredient science & product development Ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced D2C + retail brand environment Excellent scientific communication, regulatory understanding, and cross-functional coordination skills

Qualifications

Master's in Food Science, Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, or related fields. Additional certifications in Marketing, Product Strategy, NPD Management, Sustainability, or Clinical Research are preferred. 6-8 years of experience in Nutrition Science, Product Innovation, R&D, Scientific Affairs, or Regulatory Strategy.

Skills & Competencies

Deep expertise in nutrition, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and functional foods. Strong regulatory knowledge Exceptional scientific communication and claim substantiation skills. Experience in leading clinical studies and scientific collaborations. High-level stakeholder management and external relationship-building. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven ecosystem. Proven track record of successful product launches and regulatory resolutions
