Project Management :-

Oversee project timelines

Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including clients

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Preparation :-

Prepare and submit PPAP documents to ensure compliance with customer.

Validate that the product meets design and quality requirements before mass production.

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to gather necessary data for PPAP submissions.

Address and resolve any issues identified during the PPAP review process.

Maintain a comprehensive record of PPAP documentation for future reference.

Engineering Change Management:-

Manage and document all engineering change requests (ECRs) and change orders (ECOs).

Assess the impact of design or process changes on cost, timelines, and product quality.

Initial parts (New Development) Quality Assurance:-

Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Supplier Management:-

Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure timely delivery of materials or components.

Address quality issues, resolve delays, and implement process improvements.

MRD Sample Preparation:-

Prepare MRD samples to validate manufacturing readiness.

Ensure MRD samples meet design, quality, and functional specifications.

Cooperate communication with internal teams and supplier to resolve any discrepancies.

Documentation and share feedback from MRD sample evaluations for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
