Key Responsibilities

:

System Design & Implementation:

+ Develop and configure MES applications (e.g., PharmaSuite, Syncade, Siemens OpCenter) tailored to site-specific requirements. + Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and PLC systems for seamless data flow.

Compliance & Validation:

+ Ensure MES solutions meet GMP, GxP, and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards. + Prepare and execute validation protocols using tools like KNEAT or similar.

Process Optimization:

+ Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. + Support electronic batch records (EBRs) and automated compliance tracking.

Maintenance & Support:

+ Provide troubleshooting and technical support for MES systems. + Implement upgrades and maintain system documentation.

Collaboration:

+ Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to standardize MES processes across sites. + Liaise with MES vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
