To carry out experiments from engineering perspective to build process understanding, study anticipated scale-up issues and determine solutions for desired output during lab development activities (process observations and supplementary experiments with Formulation team). To carry out studies to decide scale dependent and scale independent parameters and Perform process simulations to build process understanding and basis for equipment design. To give inputs to plant engineering team for skid design To learn and carry out software simulations of various unit operations in formulation development To participate in planning for Exhibit batches for successful technology transfer and demonstrate batches in plant. To support technical investigations for trouble shootings in plant batches.

Technical Competencies:

Good understanding of Chemical Engineering Unit operations, Process scale up, Equipment Design and Process Simulations Complete Knowledge of Technology Transfer activities and good manufacturing practices

Graduate : B.E /B.Tech Mech
