Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals (developers, engineers, support staff).
Allocate resources effectively and manage workload distribution.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.
Project & Service Delivery
Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT service delivery across multiple projects.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
Implement best practices in IT service management (ITIL framework preferred).
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Handle escalations and resolve service issues proactively.
Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and support.
Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
Optimize processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Business Growth & Strategy
Support business development teams in identifying new opportunities.
Participate in proposal preparation, solution presentations, and client meetings.
Contribute to strategic planning and innovation within the company.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
(Master's preferred).
Minimum 3
-5 years of experience
in IT services/IT project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of IT services, cloud, networking, and enterprise solutions.
Experience with
ITIL, Agile, or PMP
methodologies is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
