Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new modern trade clients and large-format stores.
Manage end-to-end sales operations for assigned key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and category heads.
Ensure product visibility, stock availability, and proper merchandising.
Implement in-store promotions, branding, and activation plans.
Track daily sales performance and ensure timely replenishment.
Negotiate listings, margins, promotional agreements, and annual business plans.
Monitor competitor activities and share periodical market insights.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Requirements
More than
5 years of experience
in Modern Trade / Key Account / Institutional Sales.
Proven experience in
onboarding new modern trade accounts
.
Strong understanding of modern trade dynamics, merchandising, and retail operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel as required.
Experience in footwear, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred.
