We're currently seeking a hands-on analytics leader to join our HR Shared Services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming HR data into actionable insights. You'll lead reporting excellence, drive automation, and support our transition to BI and ServiceNow. Role Overview
The
Manager - MIS & Analytics (P&C Delivery)
will take end-to-end ownership of HR operational reporting and analytics for the Shared Services function.
This hands-on role is responsible for building and maintaining accurate HR dashboards, automating Excel-based reporting, and supporting the transition to
ServiceNow and BI-led analytics
. The ideal candidate blends strong data skills with business understanding and a drive for process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and publish periodic HR dashboards and MIS reports on Operation Metrics.
Consolidate and validate data from multiple Excel-based sources across HR desks.
Automate manual reports using
Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA/macros
to improve efficiency.
Provide actionable insights to leadership through data analysis and trend reporting.
Partner with HR Systems and IT teams on the
ServiceNow reporting transition
and future BI dashboard development.
Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and compliance with information security and privacy guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
Advanced Excel
expertise (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, VBA/macros).
Familiarity with
Power BI
or visualization tools;
ServiceNow HRSD
exposure preferred.
Strong understanding of
HR operations and service delivery metrics
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with high attention to detail.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Data Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, HR, or related field
.
5-8 years
of experience in
MIS, reporting, or analytics
within HR Shared Services or similar operational functions.
Proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver high-quality, insight-driven reports.
