Major responsibilities:
1) Achieve planned business objectives, analyse market potential and competition and take corrective actions to achieve the plan
2) Ensure timely submission of offers including Pre-Tendering activities against firm enquiries to customers, OEMs and Consultants.
3) Responsible for the Order Intake of Mining Business for East Zone.
4) Recommend strategy for major projects to win in consideration of market scenario, competitive situation and product being offered. Forecast for new / emerging projects to recommend business strategies.
5) Develop, support, and motivate reportees to improve overall efficiency.
6) In pursuit of customer satisfaction, ensure on time feedback to customers through sales offices.
7) Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchase and sales offices to effectively achieve delivery schedules as well as comprehensive techno commercial documents for conventional power plant projects.
8) Follow up and collection of payments, EMD and expired BGs from the customers.
Requirement profile:
Formal education: BE - Mechanical
Professional experience: 10 Years of Experience in Engineering Industry
Defined competencies:Techno commercial knowledge of products and systems
Leadership skills, man management
