To devise an overall or individualized training and development plan, strategize, oversee its implementation and assess outcomes
Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives, propose solutions and enhance process and project development.
Engage with all necessary stake holders and cross functional teams to meet and establish training requirements
Enhance employees' skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
Identifies and aligns self with the organization's goals, strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Defining clear project goals, creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, budget, allocate the resources required, monitor and report progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Should develop project assessment protocols to measure the impact, identify the scope and suggest continuous enhancements/ improvisations.
Coordinate and collaborate with all stakeholders to propose project plan, seek inputs, obtain approvals, document process notes and ensure smooth execution of the project.
Lead projects based on the business's requirements, seek contribution from all stake holders, ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
Prepare and design training material, facilitate and drive suitable trainings to ensure the front-line staff and all stake holders concerned are trained.

Handle 2 to 3 trainers across locations
Training of all products and services of the Bank
Handle external training as per requirements
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance, identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees and tailor training programs as necessary
In addition, this position evaluates effectiveness through performance metrics, ensures alignment with strategic business objectives and maintain high quality standards in instructional design and development for all methods of program delivery
Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement
Partner with the HR team to recommend and develop employee engagement programs and activities that enhance employment experience.
