What will you do?
Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations, ensuring smooth workflow
Manage vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of office materials
Coordinate for the operational requirements for office events and activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
Maintain and manage office infrastructure, supplies. etc.
Supervise and manage maintenance, servicing and functioning of all the equipment and infrastructure within the premises
Maintain a clean and comfortable space for the employees
Manage the support staff, housekeeping and oversee the daily operations
Manage and process bills, invoices, and ensure payments are done in a timely and accurate manner with the vendors
Arrange and manage logistics requirements as and when required
Maintain organized and up-to-date records and documents, both physical and digital.
