Primary Responsibility





Delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including any designated financial, technical maintenance, procurement, asset & vendor management.


Provide comprehensive administrative support, in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.


Develop an understanding of and sound working relationships with key representatives of the customers and key suppliers/service providers with whom he/she operates in support of the site.

Performance Parameters



Customer experience

_ Controlled & qualified feedback via internal survey twice a year. Additionally, feedback received from employees, clients, vendors, etc will form a part of the review mechanism.

Process implementation

_ Implementation of systems & procedures on ground to ensure 99.9% uptime on all facilities related support across operations as per pre-determined budgets_ quarterly reviews by AVP-Facilities Planning Management & Logistics.

Cost efficiency _

Execution of all support services within the specified budget _ work towards a 5-7% saving annually (budget v/s actuals).

Vendor Management

_ Managing vendors along with pre-designated SPOC`s to ensure 100% uptime in service. Also responsible for building back up for key vendors to handle emergencies.

Team handling

_ Building a efficient & motivated team that is willing to stretch the limit and deliver a 100% _ Team work, training & development, succession planning will be measured to track performance from an HR perspective. To ensure a transparent appraisal mechanism.

Client Management _

Seamless Coordination of client visits with Business Development and other departments.

Responsible for managing & maintaining a top class BPO infrastructure Responsible for being proactive to drive results and anticipate issues if any in order to mitigate rather than work in a reactive mode. Conduct regular internal checks, physical verifications & facility walks to validate implementation of systems & processes. Develop a strong vendor base and work towards maximizing value for EXL. Also, build adequate back-ups for core deliverables in order to achieve a 99.9% uptime. Initiate regular team meetings to share relevant information, seek inputs, and resolve issues among team members and for the department at large. Reduce wastage and bring about efficiencies within the department _ work towards cost savings on a budget v/s actuals of approx 5-7%. Create a responsive environment within the department with the objective of being highly customer centric and driver to meet internal deadlines _ quick TAT on 99% of pending issues. Responsible for co-ordinating client visits and handling all travel requirements along with AVP Facilities & Travel Co-ordinator Ensure safe and secure work environment.
