Job Description

Responsibilities:
1 Develop deep understanding on the Defence & Aerospace (D&A) segment and drive the strategic and M&A initiatives
2 M&A: Deal execution: work with senior team members on performing detailed assessment of investment oppor-tunities and transaction management. Develop detailed financial models to evaluate financial merits of transactions. Create presentations for internal review and stakeholders. Conduct due diligence: financial, commercial along with coordinating technical and legal due diligence with internal or external providers. Assist in the execution of transactions such as interaction with vendors, drafting of term sheet and negotia-tions. Interact with colleagues to understand an asset's business plan, strategize financing objectives and fulfil internal diligence requests.
3 Strategic Initiatives: Driving the execution of all strategic decisions taken under Defence and Aerospace vertical (including rele-vant financial analysis and financial modelling) Help management with relevant research and analysis for decision making. Driving all critical strategic initiatives Program Management for Critical Projects, ensuring completion of projects and achievement of key mile-stones. Preparing management update presentation and analysis Work with the team on various ad hoc opportunities in regard to finance, operations, HR, IT among others
Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFI-CATIONS: Must: MBA or CA Desirable: CFA
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE /
SKILLS:
Must: 3+ years of work experience in high per-formance environments such as invest-ment banking and/or private equity and/or consulting Must have worked on live deals / pitch books and/or transactions.
