We are looking for a Merchandising Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end merchandising of product categories and sub-categories. It is a multifunctional role which involves working closely with the product, technology, marketing, supply and content teams. Role and Responsibilities:- Own virtual merchandising on the app and take responsibility for the storefront to optimise conversions.- Work with the design, content and marketing team to put together the design of banners for the consumer app as well as digital ads. - Owning and understanding the merchandising of categories at individual channel level and optimising channel mix. - Provide timely information on consumer insights and sale rates.- Recommending app displays to increase customer engagement with products.- Own and manage end-to-end customer click journey on in-app banners. - Provide insights on conversions, click through rates, etc.- Contribute in research about consumer insights, marketplace knowledge and competitive data.Requirements :- 1-3 years of relevant experience as Category Merchandiser, Digital Merchandiser, Visual Merchandising Manager or other similar role.- Prior experience an e-commerce set up.- MBA/PGDM from a recognised university, with a specialisation in Marketing or Retail Analytics is -preferable.- Basic working knowledge of retail merchandising is a must.- Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel for data crunching.- Should be comfortable with working in a fast paced startup environment.
