Candidate Specification

• Qualification: Diploma /BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 10 - 12 Years
• Skills: In-depth technical and supervision skills related to Electrical work with high end specification like 5-star hotel, hospital, commercial buildings, residential building). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Industry: Real Estate/ Commercial Buildings/Healthcare
• Functional Area: Project Management/ Consultation Management

Work Knowledge and skills

• Knowledge in the understanding of Tender, GFC drawings;
• Understanding of technical specifications, bill of materials
• Conversant of all packages of MEP
• Working understanding of services
• Advanced knowledge in Autocad, or E-PLAN.
• Understanding of Coordination drawing, site construction conflicts

Drawing development and issue

• Ensure the timely inputs of layout drawings, site conditions to the design consultant
• Review the drawings for its completeness and raise RFI (request for information) on the drawings
• Ensure the tender pack is prepared with correct BOQ description and technical specifications
• Coordinating with the central team in resolving clarifications, conflicts at site due to site condition or with different packages.

Schedule planning and adherence

• Coordinate with site development and design consultant to align the drawings release as per site requirement to meet the construction progress target

Documentation and MIS reporting

• Keeping record of issue of drawings vis-\xc3\xa0-vis Document Control Index (DCI)
• Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Client to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions related with design and drawings.
• Ensuring all as-built drawing are handed over to the Client at the time of project handover
