Implement and manage the university-wide mentoring framework and processes.
Create mentoring SOPs, annual plans, schedules, templates, and communication guidelines.
Oversee mentor-mentee allocation and onboarding of new mentors.
Ensure departmental mentoring aligns with university goals and wellbeing standards.
Act as liaison between departments, counselling, CSW, and hostel teams.
Conduct review meetings and cross-department collaboration sessions.
Plan and deliver mentor training, workshops, and development programs.
Develop handbooks, guidelines, and digital mentoring resources.
Build mentor capability in communication, counselling basics, and wellbeing sensitivity.
Integrate mentoring with student support, performance monitoring, and wellbeing needs.
Maintain dashboards/MIS for weekly, monthly, and semester reviews.
Ensure submission of reports, meeting logs, concerns, and outcomes.
Prepare periodic reports for leadership and accreditation needs.
Conduct evaluations, audits, surveys, and quality checks for mentoring.
Identify gaps and introduce improvements and digital tools.
Support mentor recognition and reward initiatives.
Lead mentoring campaigns, inductions, wellbeing activities, and community events.
Draft official mentoring communications, notices, and circulars.
