Dynamics of the Role

Manager - Member Communication will be responsible for creating the narratives for customer and stakeholder communication in the form of letters/emails/presentations/ FAQs/ web content and any other platform as required. The role will entail collaborating with various teams and subject matter experts at TransUnion CIBIL to create cogent, timely and effective communication for members and stakeholders. Exciting role that holds significant learning opportunity on developing contemporary market insights oriented narratives and building high quality customer facing communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Writing effective and cogent member and stakeholder communication content
  • Copy proofing content created by internal teams
  • Collaborating with various internal team members to create narratives for member and customer facing platforms
  • Working with wider PR and Communication team on content development for events, forums and external communications
Impact You'll Make:

Experience and Skills
  • Qualification: Master's degree in Mass media/ Business Administration/ English Literature
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in content development and customer communication specifically in finance/ data analytics industry
  • Team player who can collaborate with various teams and associates to deliver timely and high quality content
  • Executive presence and assertiveness.
  • Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results
