• Develop and implement the medical strategy in alignment with the organization's vision and current as well as long-term objectives.
• Ensure all Medical activations and programs are implemented in accordance with the organization's strategy.
• Provide medical oversight and input into Marketing and Sales Strategy and Expert Medical support for operations for P&G PHC products.
• Provide medical governance and ensure compliance to company policies and external regulations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide Strategic inputs to Business in creating a robust Business plans
• Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure harmonious delivery of Medico-Marketing Priorities
• • HCP and consumer Education through various on ground and digital initiatives
  • Derive and execute an effective HCP/KOL engagement Plan
  • Generate HCP and consumer advocacy through various medical initiatives
• Provide adequate medical governance and medical oversight to all HCP and Non-HCP interaction to ensure compliance
• • Oversight to HCP interactions
  • Approval of Promotional & Non promotional materials
  • Medical Information and query handling of HCP & Consumers
• Maintain up to date clinical knowledge in relevant therapeutic area and provide appropriate strategic and operational input into BU objectives like -.
• • Medical literature searches and data support for promotional communication
  • Claim support for brand promotion
  • Provide relevant medical/scientific insights
  • Support New product launches from concept stage to launch
  • Medical training to Marketing and Sales teams.
• Provide an efficient, effective and compliant medical approval service to help optimize the achievement of business goals.
• Work in a cross functional team, establish and maintain professional and credible relationships with key thought leaders / external experts and academic centers.
• Contribute to the digital strategy
• Adherence to Company's Code of Business conduct, Promotional ethics and Pharmacovigilance.
• Demonstration and promotion of professional behavior in line with the Company's value systems.
