Strong knowledge of health information management, medical terminology, electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical coding along with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage, audit, and secure patient records.
Computer proficiency, leadership ability, and an understanding of hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
