Position: Manager - Media Planning & Buying
Heading the functional role, we are looking for a strategic thinker with a love of media and advertising. In this position, you would create, execute and manage successful media plans that support our clients' goals and financial restrictions. You would also conduct market research and data analysis to pinpoint target audiences and find effective advertising mediums including emerging media to reach them. You would also negotiate media costs and placements to ensure cost-effective campaigns with the highest return on investment. Proficient in using media planning tools and software and have a deep understanding of the advertising industry and its trends.
Responsibilities:
? Possess hands-on expertise in TV, OOH media, Print, and Radio.
? Proficient in media planning tools like YUMI (TV Planning Tool), AIS (formerly AdEx), IRS, ABC, and other media research and measurement tools.
? Understand Digital and emerging media trends, along with their role in the consumer journey.
? Manage Media Planning, Buying, and Campaign Execution for brands.
? Ensure timely invoicing of campaigns and maintain billing accuracy.
? Track and measure campaign performance based on agreed KPIs.
? Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
