- Contribute for the monitoring and reduction of the waste and implement LEAN project.
- Ensure all RA and corresponding SOP are available and are complied.
- Contact outside Contractors/Consultants for speeding up major / critical breakdown rectification jobs.
- Liaise with the Dock safety representative for the annual and five yearly inspections and load testing of all container handling equipments and certification of the same.
- Implementation of the reliability based maintenance and 5S.
- Annual staff appraisals.
- Preparation of Reliability reports and its analysis.
