Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and store presentation.
Sales & Customer Service: Lead sales efforts, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper display of products.
Marketing & Promotions: Implement sales strategies, in-store promotions, and social media engagement to drive business growth.
Financial Management: Handle cash registers, process transactions, and maintain sales reports.
Working hours-10:00 to 7/8PM.Must be able to stay until the store closes.
Salary can be increased based on competitive performance of at least three months.
The store is located in mavelikkara.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
Knowledge of motorcycle gear and accessories is a strong asset.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate a team and drive sales performance.
Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Passion for motorcycles and the riding community is a plus!
