Team Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Full stack developer
LI The opportunity EY is looking for Team lead for full stack development team \xe2\x80\x93 9+ years Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product to have clear implementation plans for product roadmaps.
• Help your engineers grow their skills and experience.
• Run agile project management processes.
• Conduct code reviews and make technical contributions to product architecture as well as getting involved in solving bugs and delivering small features.
• Generate and implement process improvements.
• Hold regular 1:1\'s with all members of your team, and participate in cross-team, skip-level 1:1\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Give regular and clear feedback around an individual\'s performance.
• Foster technical decision making on the team but make final decisions when necessary.
• Take part in our recruitment process, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
• Engage in our incident management process, leading both responses and retrospectives.
• Draft and review quarterly Engineering KPIs for your team.
• Improve product quality, security, and performance.

Skills and abilities Candidates above 9 years of experience must have knowledge on Agile Scrum methodology.

• Must have knowledge on SOLID design principles.
• Must have experience with applying OO design patterns
• Hands-on experienced with Event Driven Architecture. (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, JMS or any other cloud-based service bus)
• Hands-on experienced with Kubernetes and APM tools.
• Hands-on experienced with SSO implementation with IdP.
• Capable to design Cloud agnostic and DB agnostic solutions.
• The candidate must have 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working in Agile Scrum methodology.
• The candidate must have 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in GCP/AWS/Azure
• Expertise with test frameworks
• Candidate must have hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Communicate and collaborate on development items with global teams as well As raise/work to resolve issues impacting development
• Post-production support
• Quality assurance, peer reviews and code reviews
• Ability to balance application development and application support needs
• Must have experience of mentoring technical teams.
• Strong with refactoring and must be language agnostic.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 
  BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech. MCA from a reputed institute
• Experience with Product development companies will be preferred

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• 
  Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
